Condominium Exterior

The exclusive finishes on the exterior of the houses provide, in addition to a visual harmony between white and noble materials, such as gray slate stone and pine wood slats, great energy efficiency, through the use of ETICS thermal insulation systems.

The exterior of the condominium is characterized by the central access road, lined with limestone pavement, which connects to the houses, in which the exterior floor is covered in ceramic mosaic, a floor also applied around the condominium living room. The path to the pool is made through stone slabs resting on the ground to the adjacent wooden deck.

Montelavar is a village located in the municipality of Sintra, in the central region of Portugal. There are some places nearby that are worth visiting. About 15 km south of Montelavar is the historic city of Sintra, with the iconic Pena Palace and its beautiful villas and gardens, among other palaces and museums. About 10 km away is the coastal town of Praia das Maçãs, where you can enjoy beaches, restaurants and a historic tram. There are four more beautiful beaches in the municipality of Sintra. About 20 km away is the city of Mafra, with its imposing Mafra National Palace. For those who enjoy walking in nature, the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park is a short drive away, with hiking trails and cycling routes. Lisbon is 28 km away, from the airport to the condominium, with easy access fast roads.
